We are glad that you are taking this next step to help us provide a Safe Sanctuary. While this training is in an online environment we encourage you to ask any questions or raise concerns as you work through the material provided. Next steps:

-Commit about an hour to work through the material provided

-Step2: Read over our Safe Sanctuary policy

-Step3: Print and fill out need forms then submit any paperwork needed

-Step4: Complete the final questionnaire provided.

I have completed my check online and will supply the church with a copy of this report when I submit my Child Abuse forms
I will submit this form to the church office when I submit the paperwork for the Child abuse clearances

Child Abuse Clearence:

I am submitting my forms filled out to the church office and will mail the report back when I receive it
I already have this clearance and it is not older the two years and I will hand a copy into the church office
