This final questionnaire provides us with some verifiable proof that you have reviewed the material presented in this online training. Questions will primarily be from our Safe Sanctuaries policy but there will also be some questions from the “facts video.” Failure to fill out the questionnaire correctly will result in re-doing this online training course. This questionnaire is not timed (however an extended absents from the screen will result in the site timing out and the need to re-start)
